I absolutely had to share my wonderful experience with this storage facility. I’ve used storage units for over 20 years in multiple cities, so I’ve truly seen the full range of what’s out there. Recently, I moved three large storage units from South Florida to this facility, along with the contents of my Atlanta home—a huge undertaking that could easily have been overwhelming. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless. The call center went above and beyond to ensure my five large units were placed together in one convenient location, which made an enormous difference. And at the facility itself, Koris was nothing short of exceptional. Koris helped with access, made sure I had essentials like box cutters and tape, checked on me while I was working to see if I needed water, and even assisted when family members came into town to pick up items for me. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable—and even pleasant. I could truly keep writing, but the bottom line is this: this has been an outstanding experience from start to finish, thanks to a team of genuinely kind, helpful, and professional people.
