Esta mañana estuve en la oficina de Extra Space Storage ; ya que había recibido por correo la nueva tarifa sobre mi Unidad que era el doble. En la oficina estaba Koris a quien le comenté que yo no podría pagar esa nueva tarifa ; y ella muy amable y con paciencia ; logró encontrar una solución favorable para mi .
