THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR AIR CONDITION UNITS. I used Extra Space Storage before but now there's new management. First there was a large garbage cart for customers to use but new management has removed it. If youre moving everything out, your car is already packed with stuff. Inconvenience to customer. Second I paid all types if fees upfront to get into the storage unit. I was told there would be an increase but management did not know how much. Nor the date of increase. This is a dishonest practice. And there will be another increase. You can image I will be looking for another location. UHAUL or whomever. AFTER 3 MONTHS of being there price went from $224 to $277 monthly. Next is the facility lighting and air conditioning. The lighting only stays on 15 minutes then everything goes dark. I am 69 years old. To get the light turned back on you have to stop what you're doing, walk up and down the floor from your unit to the door and back and then the lights will turn on. I do this every 15 minutes several times while I am there. I complained to manager on site. He said he will send complaint up to Corporate office. WE WILL SEE! Then they have specific locks you have to purchase. No one else has these locks. Its a waste of money! Don't move your things here. There are to many dishonest practices. I'm going to check with Atty Generals office and find out if these practices are legal.
