The manger here Tiffany was super helpful and accommodating. Place is clean and secure. My daughter is moving back to Orlando from Tallahassee and due to her accomodations and help she really made this move significantly easier. I also got a little over heated and she was quiet to get me water and very patient with me. She was absolutely great to work with.

My key would not fit the lock. I had to purchase a new lock. I don’t think I should have to pay for a replacement lock and key. Please explain Staff was very helpful and polite

Everything was great except the way they surprise me with a charge. Example - my space was $ 320 a month well they would charge me $50 to $80 more at time say nothing and when I would call them they would say sorry what would you like it to be. When I would say 320 they say back “ ok but we can’t get the 50 to 80 back”. This went on often over my 3 yrs. It was unprofessional and wrong but away of grabbing money at this location at times I guess.

Facility is clean, and well maintained. The pricing is bait and switch. They’ll lure you in with $80 a month pricing, and 3 months later they’ll raise it to $250.
