I had a really good experience. I was given a tour before I was able to make a final decision. The offer for the storage was a great deal and way better than my previous storage offer. They were even transparent about future cost hikes and to call to have it adjusted if the prices are very high. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Ms. Tiffany at store 12709 East colonial dr was very patient with me she helped me with my lock in which I had never used before and she very professional and was very knowledgeable about the units what was available and the closest my unit was extremely clean when I received it

This is the second time we used this location. The units are clean and the building is safe because you can only enter if you are renting a unit and have a code. Price was reasonable.
