I inquired about current rates and Tyler immediately investigated and managed to significantly reduce our rate. He followed up the next day to let me the adjustment was approved. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the willingness of Extra Space Management to provide market competitive rates to long term customers. I highly recommend Extra Space to those looking for a clean, secure and well maintained facility!

The manager Dezirae was extremely friendly and very insightful to all of my questions. She was very patient while I asked numerous questions and very accommodating. I’m very pleased with the customer service that I received while looking at units. I will definitely be doing business with this company. The facility is very well maintained, clean and organized. It is clean that the facility is under great management. I highly recommend anyone to do business with this company. 10 out of 10!!!
