Great service at extra space storage. Nicole, the manager at extra space storage, was fantastic! Its my first time using a storage so I was all apprehensive. She put all my fears at ease and was very informative. It’s a very clean, well taken care of facility. She went above and beyond helping me move my things into the space. DISREGARD THIS REVIEW. NEW MANAGEMENT NOW. IT'S A MESS! Customer service is THE BEST! Shannon Webb hasn't told me "no" on my requests; he finds a way to make it work. I have several units that Shannon helped me get. Loading and unloading is a breeze. The facility is modern and clean. I highly recommend.

I have been utilizing a 10 x 10 storage space in Panama City Beach for over a year. Anytime I’ve needed to go in there and discuss any questions, availability, change over with new ownership (Yes, three months ago Extra Space Storage took it over from the company with the orange logos), I have been very pleased with their assistance, their concern and the help they gave me to get the best pricing. Even after I received a notice in the mail for a price increase !! The front office staff is very friendly, polite, and so helpful. It’s been a great experience and I would recommend them.
