Last weekend, the glass sliding doors to the elevators were not operating, both were open. The large door to the back if the building was also open. It made me feel less safe in the building, because anyone could walk in and enter the elevator and go to any floor.

This is a very convenient location, new and very design. But I am giving 3 stars for the following reasons: The main drive-in access doors to the entire building are not working and remain open 24/7. I am paying for a climate controlled storage unit and the main access doors open, temperature, and especially humidity, are not controlled. The manager is trying to get this repaired but is having trouble getting the owners to assist. Further, when you drive in, there is a storage unit section on the left and one on the right. The left storage unit side has sliding glass doors that should automatically open and close when a renter accesses the building. The glass doors will not close automatically and are always open unless someone manually closes them. Apparently, no one ever manually closes then because, every time I arrive at the storage unit, these doors are open. This affects the climate control of the building, both temperature and humidity. I placed a hygrometer in my unit and the humidity is 75%, Humidity should be maintained below 65% to prevent growth of mold and mildew. The manager is trying to get assistance from the company to repair these problems which existed before he was hired. I am asking the company to repair these problems or I will need to find another storage facility to receive what I am paying for to prevent damage to my belongings
