Payton was super helpful and informative while going through the set up process. Gave clear and direct instructions and what all was expected and needed to be done. Was very kind and accommodating to other customers as well.

Gordon at the Callaway branch consistently comes through to help with any difficult situation. Last night I was trying to pay a unit rental fee that had an impending late fee, while dealing with a computer glitch. So at 11:30 I'm screenshotting him my inability to pay and a little circle going around and around for 35 minutes or more, gave up and signed out at midnight. Got back to my email and two of the payments had gone through. So I emailed him again with the update, and first thing this morning my phone rang with Gordon telling me they did not understand the glitch, whose end it was on, but he had already turned in a refund for my second payment. He always goes above and beyond and is so helpful and nice. Thank you Gordon!

From the beginning - let me start out by saying that after looking at other options I decided to go with Extra Space Storage (ESS). I could have selected something closer, but with similar price point I landed with ESS because Terry is a phenomenal to work with at all times. With a huge move and the need to store over half of my belongings - Terry lifted part of he stress by providing the highest level of customer service I have experienced in a long time. He answered the phone (which I did not experience with some other places and they also didn't call back until the next day). Especially since I was tired, it was so refreshing to work with someone who is very cheerful and personable. Yes, the units are VERY nice and EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Since I had a 26' U-Haul to unload, Terry ensured he provided one that would provide ease of access, to which we could not have appreciate more, it was the PERFECT location. As we remodel our new home, all but the absolute necessities are locked away at ESS. They are gated, have 24-hour surveillance, monitored, and Terry walks the property ..... I feel confident about my choice to use ESS and once all of my things are out of there - I would definitely use them again if the need arises. I hope Terry is there a long time as he is wonderful to work with by phone and in person.

I have not experienced any problems since my time there. I appreciate you, Gordon, for keeping me informed about my unit.
