I had the best experience with this storage business. A woman by the name of Desiree, helped me to set up my account and she was kind and informative and patient.She was just fantastic.She should get a hundred stars. Then, my g p s was giving me trouble, and I had to call the location a few times and I spoke with Michael, who was so cold.And so hopeful and also very patient. When I arrived, I stopped in the office and again. Michael was there with a pleasant greeting and helped me to review my map and physically came outside and directed me towards my unit. He was also just very happy and generous to help in any way, and I really appreciated it because, as you know, moving is very stressful.Another hundred stars! Ok, the unit is clean. It's nice. It's comfortably air-conditioned because I got an inside unit so easy to get to meticulously clean. No odors, no sense, no problem. Easy as could be, I suggest even if you're a little further away, as I am to other units that you go to this location because it is run smoothly and it feels safe and for me. The well lit clean corridors, easy access and dollies just made things.So much less stressful. Thank you guys!!!
