Easy, professional, thorough and friendly set-up on the phone. Once we got to the storage facility, a very friendly Adam helped me with the process (not a tough process). The unit was clean and the hallway is well-lit. Very comfortable and a very easy process in the midst of a horrible situation with Hurricanes Helene and Milton affecting us.
