I originally just wanted some extra time and hoped the company would give me a free month because of my circumstances. Instead, the situation escalated and I ended up being told to remove my belongings and leave the property by a set deadline. At the time, I was dealing with serious physical injuries, including multiple broken ribs, which made it difficult and painful for me to move my belongings. I explained that I was injured and struggling, but I felt that my situation was not given much consideration. I recognize that the staffs behavior during some of my interactions with staff contributed to the situation, but I still feel the outcome was unnecessarily harsh and undeserved and no one is helping me . I am under a great deal of stress, in pain, and facing financial difficulties, and I was hoping for some understanding or flexibility. The entire experience left me frustrated and disappointed, and pain killers . What started as a request for help turned into a conflict that ultimately resulted in me losing my storage space. I would have preferred a solution that focused on resolving the issue rather than ending the relationship entirely. now i want revenge - feel bad for nevelle and donnell
