10/25/24 Update: Moved unit. The representative was Manny. He was polite and professional. The facility is clean. Extra Space does not give first month's free rent, like the rest of the competition in the area. They also do not price match. It wasn't worth it to move to another facility. Happy to save $80 the first month, and $150 for the next 2 months. 12/13/2020 - I'm a current Extra Space Storage Customer. I noticed in an email that new storage was cheaper than my current unit. For this reason, I moved my possessions to a new larger unit with cheaper rent. The representative was Kevin. He was polite and professional. The facility is clean. I am giving four stars, because there is no first month's free rent, like the rest of the competition in the area. They also do not price match the competition. Woohoo, no saving any money over here. So, unfortunately I get to pay for two storage units this month. They did give me a free lock for reserving online. Unfortunately, they put it in the unit, so I'd already purchased a lock. In the meantime, It will have to be okay. Happy with the on-site staff, not so much with the company. 2019 --- New, nice and clean. I'll be happy when I'm organized and I can get my stuff back. Until then it's in good hands.
