Daphne Went Above & Beyond to Keep My Business! I was at the point where I had already started looking at other storage facilities in the area because my monthly rate just wasn’t where I needed it to be. I was ready to move out and take my business elsewhere — until I spoke with Daphne. She listened, understood my concern, and made the necessary adjustments to bring my monthly payment down to a rate that was actually lower than what the competing storage locations nearby were offering. She didn’t just recite a script or tell me there was nothing she could do — she genuinely went to bat for me and made it happen. That kind of customer service is hard to find. It’s easy to let a customer walk out the door, but it takes real dedication and care to step up and find a solution that works. Daphne did exactly that, and because of her, I’m staying. If you’re considering Extra Space Storage or even thinking about leaving like I was, talk to Daphne first. She’s the reason this place has earned my loyalty. Five stars without hesitation.
