My initial experience with Extra Space has been great. Their good website made it easy to reserve the space I wanted at a good price. But when I went to the building and saw the unit I had reserved, I decided it didn't meet my needs. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating making changes. I havn't actually moved in yet, but the facility seems spotlessly clean with lots of hand carts available (which were the primary concerns that led to my decision to move to from a competitor).
