I already had a storage unit @ the PSL location but had to downgrade and Todd was amazing in assisting me. I requested to look at a smaller unit to physically see if my items would fit into it and without hesitation Todd escorted me to a vacant unit. Within minutes Todd went over the contract with me and I was able to move my items into the new unit without any issues.

Exceptional customer service from Brittney and Tod at Extra Space Storage at 2200 SW Gatlin Blv, PSL 34953 Storage! I visited the facility last week, and Britney and Tod were incredibly helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain the different storage options, answered all my questions, and even gave me a tour of the facility. His knowledge and patience made the entire process stress-free.
