We are first time renters of a storage unit and senior citizens so we had lots of questions and were a little anxious. Irza and TC handled our inquires/questions with ease and professionalism. We are very pleased . Yes, the new Extra Space Storage building is very nice. 5 STARS.

The facility is brand new and just starting to admit people. The manager was great and very helpful. The prices also seemed to be significantly cheaper than nearby storage units probably because they want to fill the place quickly. One caveat is there are cages above the unit so some units a not even seven feet in height
