I researched for hours, multiple storage companies and ended up picking this location even though it is a 25-30 minute drive from my home. Despite having many other facilities much closer, I am so happy that I chose this location. I chose this place because it was a newer building, had secure units inside the building and they keep their climate control/AC cooler than most. After arriving from out of town, I was happy to see this facility was clean and my indoor unit was easy to access. Also I feel the area is in a safe location and a decent part of town. Staff has been consistently kind, professional and always helpful. I first dealt with Irza and most recently dealing with Kayla. Both super responsive, understand excellent customer service and very helpful getting you the best pricing. I truly feel the staff here really wants to help you. I’m not a big review person, though I do appreciate the positive reviews I read about this place before choosing , and I felt that the service I’ve received deserved my time. Thank you Irza and Kayla!
