I’ve had the storage unit since 2012/2013 and over the 13/14 years I’ve rented I believe Extra Space Storage is the third property owner for a considerable period of time. Of all the storage companies I’ve dealt with in this location, and various other companies in multiple cities and states around the Country over the last 30 plus years, “Extra Space Storage” is the Preeminent Winner of the all around Best Customer Service award in all categories hands down. I’ve not been to the unit since 2013, and the personalized service I get from “Nick Sharpless” who I believe is the manager there, is second to none. He’s been my personal contact since “Extra Space Storage” took over the property and has been nothing but professional, courteous, know legible , etc… etc… Being on the other side of the Country , I’ve felt extremely comfortable keeping the Unit at this location until we have settled down here permanently and when we do, because of Nick, we will move our personal effects into a storage facility locally here where there is a local Extra Space Storage facility. I would recommend “Extra Space Storage” to anyone looking for a stellar customer service-oriented company to store their personal property.
