Although all of these companies now seem to push you to their APP and meeting or speaking with an actual person onsite isn't as easy as it would seem, I did find this location of 'Extra Space' much better than 'Public Storage'. The price, location, and overall impression of this location of Extra Space seemed pretty good. And, the booker over the phone was very helpful in getting me a space which met my needs.

The promotional monthly price of my storage unit expires this month, so my monthly cost would have doubled. However, when I called ExtraSpace Storage and spoke with Phil, he was very nice to deal with and kind enough to reduce my monthly price to very close to the amount I was currently paying. I highly recommend ExtraSpace Storage on Bee Ridge road in Sarasota, Florida, so go speak to Phil - he will take care of you.
