This facility was close to my former residence. I found a great rate online and hadn't realized that I had selected a unit without climate control on the first floor. The young lady who assisted me helped me to get the same rate with a climate-controlled unit through another special that wasn't advertised. I've also received excellent service from John, the manager, who is very responsive and available when I have had questions or concerns. I am very happy with my choice.
