Had a very good experience with tony. He explained everything to us including insurance, processing fee, discounts etc. He was not pushy in any way. He showed us the two different sizes we were interested in and the types of locks needed for the units. He explained the hours and where the doors were and even showed us the carts provided to help us load and unload. I was very happy with this experience and did rent a small unit. Very pleasant experience

I love this facility. Very clean and the the people that work here are always willing to help in a pinch. Lost my key to my lock and I was in within minutes. They don’t charge for the service and refused to take a tip for the help. Very nice facility.
