I visited two locations before choosing Extra Space Storage (“ESS”). I was immediately impressed with its phone center service and the completion of my contract in one phone call. I chose ESS because of its location. When my plans changed and I no longer needed the storage space I was given clear instructions how to cancel the contract. I received the refund that I was due within one hour of my cancellation. Brian and Tony, facility managers, were professional, courteous and accommodating. I will recommend ESS and use it when I have need of a storage facility. Oh, btw, the facility is immaculate. Thanks for inviting my comments ESS.
