I have been a long time Storage customer. I have been at Extra Space Storage 4800 US 1 S in St Augustine. I would not EVER recommend them to anyone, even my worst enemy. I downsized my unit and was charged an administrator fee for a new unit same place. I get it if I was a new customer but I have been there for about 10 years... I gave them a chance to try to make things right. Sadly they choose to ignore customer loyalty and customer service. I will be letting others know about this.
