It's great and they are so much nicer and secure then my old storeage unit company that is in the same area as the one that I have transferred from because of their own business being overpriced and also for the security being so poorly designed or something else that was happening to the storage units at snapbox being broken into with the last few months of us getting the call from not the company but other people that have an unit at their company to let us know and ask if we had heard from snapbox about he 2 brake ins that happened which no one had contacted me or my partner to let us be aware of the situation of the brake ins and they never even came forward publicly to let all the consumers know that they were on top of the things that were happening but they just didn't even reach out to let anyone besides the units that were broken into supposedly and never had any of their staff hold any kind of accountability for the breaks ins or make us aware of their own business being broken into not 1 time but 2x in the last 6 months . It's so nice to have a place with a gate and also a door so 2 types of locks that are in place before the units locks on the door that are on everybodys unit and the support and CSR are always available for helping and the 2 different sites that I've been using they were able to get me a good discount for having 2 units with the different locations and switching from another company and I just realized that I have never been More content with the people that have gone to the Best way to help me with the things that I have needed to get for this unit or the effort that they have been trying to make sure I feel like they cared and they actually have cared
