We are very happy with the EXTRAA SPACE STORAGR ( previouslyLIFE Storage) on Kennedy and Rome. It’s clean, bright and well-run. KEVIN GRAY, the manager as well as JOHN provided us with excellent customer service. We had space for a little over a year after the sale of our home. The access/parking entry is covered, making the place ideal in rainy weather. Proximity next door to a Walmart Marketplace is convenient for tape, boxes, markers and bubblewrap too. The folks who work there couldn’t be nicer!! Great place to keep your extra stuff!

Kevin the manager has been wonderful to work with! He is very responsive and accommodating. The team has to do some work and he personally reached out to me to inform me about what is happening. Great company to work with and I would highly recommend them.

So the operator completely messed everything up however the manager made sure I was well taken care of and even sent off with more than what I came with to make up for the inconvenience! If it wasn’t that I had already paid another storage after the mishap I would not only stay but 100% recommend this company just off the wonderful customer service the manager gave! I love establishments who actually care about their customers!
