Outstanding customer service by Al at the Faulkenburg location in Brandon. I called requesting info on availability, and not only was he courteous and professional, he took the time to discover my renting needs and ensure his facility could meet my expectations! Al informed me that his facility was inadequate for needs but took the time to contact his sister facility and confirmed their availability. Bottom line, the sister facility was perfect, and overall experience has been excellent! It is refreshing to see businesses still offering exceptional customer service along with an outstanding product! Kudos to Al and Extra Space...well done!!

Al at Extra Space Storage in Tampa identified my needs and matched me up with a storage unit that fit those needs. He was extremely helpful, very friendly and made my experience leasing a storage unit a snap at a time where I have a lot on my plate with a move. I'd give three thumbs up but I only have two thumbs lol Great job guys! ????????
