When we sold our home we had to find a storage unit very quickly. I have to say extra space was awesome to deal with. We had their largest unit and they very understanding every time my promotion rates would change. On several occasions they stopped me to let me know they could give me a better rate on my unit. Through a time that everything is expensive, this was truly appreciated. If I need a storage unit again they will be the first place I call!

Just started the moving process and the search and signup and inspection was easy and pleasant. Installed my stuff and ran out of space and they were able to accommodate my space upgrade. Made a bad situation great.
