It was an amazing experience!!! I want to say I have never been in the need of a storage unit, so I was not looking forward to the challenge of finding one. I went in an was greeted at the door by Jason and he went through everything with me and gave me a tour of the facility. I told him I wasn’t sure what size I needed and so he showed me the two sizes that I thought I might be interested in. I let him know I would go home and measure what I had that needed to be stored and then I would be back before he closed. I did that and came back and he signed me up and got my lock on for me and showed me how it worked. He also walked me out and showed me how to use the keypad and showed me where to pull my vehicle to unload what ever I was needing to put in the storage unit. Again I want to say it was an amazing experience. Thank you Jason

I rented a unit at the Wesley Chapel Extra Space facility. Chris was extremely helpful, walking me to my unit and explaining the layout of the facility; the things he explained will make it easier to gain access and feel more comfortable…from entering to departure! I have never had customer service any better than I did today! Thank you very much, Chris!!

This facility is wonderful. I had the pleasure of having the help of two very kind and polite guys, Jason and Derek. The facility is only 2 years old and is super clean and very bright. The prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend this establishment!

Great place. Great staff Anytime I have to speak with staff about anything, they are always very courteous and helpful. Have not had a single problem with them yet. Been renting a unit for almost two years now.
