This storage facility at Wesley Chapel is new and conveniently located but what makes any business work is the personal - Samantha, is simply a professional, knowledgeable and very attentive - although interacting is minimal when need to - it’s great to have someone to turn to and or resolves any issues one may have - she’s definitely an asset!!!

I have a storage unit close to 3 years and is getting expensive. Today I called and spoke to Samatha assistant manager to see if there was a way to lower my rate since I didn’t want to move my stuff to a different storage place and she was very helpful. She was able to lower my rate. Thank you so much
