I rented a unit at the Wesley Chapel Extra Space facility. Chris was extremely helpful, walking me to my unit and explaining the layout of the facility; the things he explained will make it easier to gain access and feel more comfortable…from entering to departure! I have never had customer service any better than I did today! Thank you very much, Chris!!

This storage facility at Wesley Chapel is new and conveniently located but what makes any business work is the personal - Samantha, is simply a professional, knowledgeable and very attentive - although interacting is minimal when need to - it’s great to have someone to turn to and or resolves any issues one may have - she’s definitely an asset!!!
