I moved into Extra Space Storage in Wesley Chapel after my prior storage company constantly kept raising the rental fees on my small unit. I decided to check out the multiple other storage companies in my area and found Extra Space Storage had the best price for my needs and gave me a discount since I paid for a year. It was 1/2 the amount of what I was paying the "other" company I was with for 3 years of constant increases. Extra Space has "in person" people in their office that helped me (a senior citizen) set up my gate code on my phone so I have easy access to my unit. My prior company went the "virtual assistant" route which was difficult since there was no in person assistance for "senior citizens". I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
