Upon entering Unit for the first time, I immediately noticed what appeared to be exposed and cut wiring above the unit structure. More concerning, the top portion of the unit appears compromised and accessible from above, creating what I believe is a significant security vulnerability. Based on the condition of the unit, it appears someone could potentially gain unauthorized access from above the storage space without using the secured front entry point. I’ve emailed corporate will leave an update. Update, A rep from the facility called me and said my storage was left cut and exposed due to them needing to get inside to clean. When asked if it were going to be repaired she hung up on me. Her name was Megan. I also, received this email message from corporate. I would not recommend this storage to anyone. I’m seeking legal advice.
