Great storage facility. Not a bug insight, even on the outside. The security at this facility is great! You have 3 security entries in order to get to my unit.1st, the gate, 2nd sliding doors, then the elevator door. Tuere was extremely nice and she helped me with everything I needed help with. If your looking for a secured, clean and climate controlled facility, this is the one. Thanks

Just wanting a storage space to hold things for a few weeks while I move items around and do some work in my unit... tell me how a ~$40 rental goes up to $127 with the forced insurance premium and fees, and they make you pay for a lock up front even if you have one already, no option to opt out, it seems this brand has gone completely down the toilet with greed. No thanks. I rented with this place before so many times before, long term and short term, and it was so easy, before. Due to all these excess fatty fees, I will take my business elsewhere. My neighbor has a garage, maybe I can just pay him the ~$40 so I can store stuff and paint a room in my house. Absurd fees.

just now New So I have a unit at the northside location and I have to put my experience, I am truly frustrated as well as furious… most of my furniture had to be salvaged due to the lack of awareness at that site. Las weekend I was asked to come in due to a “leak” on the first floor, I wasn’t going to move quickly but something told me to get up! I get to my storage to see almost everything I own sitting in months of backed up SEWAGE WATER!!! Yes, SEWAGE WATER!!! The lack of warning when your own employees say that they knew about the build up, made calls and no one showed up until the worst happens, is extremely disappointing that all could be avoided! You mean to tell me I have to furnish my entire house AGAIN because EXTRA SOACE DIDN'T CARE ENOUGH TO CLEAN OUT THEIR SEWERS???? Then for me to speak to a “District lead” and all that she could say to me is that “you have insurance “. It is the principle that I, MYSELF HAD TO WALK IN SEWAGE WATER TO MOVE WHATEVER WASN'T DAMAGED TO ANOTHER UNIT, no one thought to offer a solution, a discount, a simple I am truly sorry, this is our fault??? NO, instead I’m continuously told that it was not them, which is hard to understand when it indeed happened in YOUR BUILDING???? Is this how you run a business??? I had to wear MASK… GLOVES… and garbage bags to cover my feet just to see what or if I could keep anything, it’s been days AND ITHE SELL OS STILL PRESENT THEY HAVE YET TO EVEN CLEAN THE PLACE!!!! I’m extremely disappointed
