I had a great experience working with Beth and Michael(store manager). I had a last minute change to my unit size and was accommodated quickly with my request. The process was smooth and easy getting my account setup. Beth was very thorough in showing me the unit I was receiving and explained all my expenses clearly and was very upfront with no disclosed fees. The site is extremely clean. No bugs and spider webs were in sight. Great rates as well! Definitely recommend using this storage place if you?re looking for a place to store your belongings!!!

Met the store , Michael Phillips, and rented from him for three reasons: Michael was respectful, kept his word regarding pricing and very informative; the storage facility was clean, and the price was right. He didn't know I was coming from the multi-family industry (apts), so I was not only checking the facility, but also him as the the manager. I didn't have many questions to ask, because he covered all the important points like a manager should so that the customer is well informed. For everyone else who has rarely or never signed a lease, you definitely want a manager that is a good representative of the company, but also someone who does not try to pull any surprises. Being that this just happened, I will have to update you if anything changes as the months go by.

Easy to find out rental details. Michael went thru options after telling him my needs. He even told me about senior discount and we looked at a few size units to choose the right one for my storage needs while staging my house.

Michael Phillips manager of the storage place was very friendly very helpful and made my experience welcoming I would definitely recommend this place to others you don't meet people so warm hearted as him so I will be with them for some time so if you looking for a place to store your personal things check out Extra storage place in bufBuf you won't be disappointed
