Ms Sharon Wood is amazing! I went to the 3135 Williams Rd, Columbus, GA location today to rent a 10x15 drive up unit. Sharon was so kind as she took the time to thoroughly explain all their options to be sure I was renting the proper size unit. She explained their optional insurance coverage, sold me a padlock and made sure it was set up and working right, walked me through the app set up, then even took me to the gate to be sure the app service worked properly. I’d say she went out of her way to be sure I was comfortable with everything!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to this facility for your storage needs. Thank you Ms. Sharon for all your help and personal chit chat we shared today. I’ll be sure to stop in and say hi on my future visits to the unit.
