Sharon was great at getting my unit swap over into my name while going through office renovations. I came in to have this paperwork done right at the start of the renovations so her computer wasn’t even set up yet. She tried calling another office to see if they could get the paperwork done for me that day (which they could) but I just decided to have her call me when her computer wasn’t even set back up. Quick and easy process to swap the names over and she is incredibly kind.

I came in Wednesday to get information on seeing if I could store a vehicle. Sharon was very helpful and knowledgeable on the information she provided to me. She took me to show me the unit, and the property is very clean. The office smelled really good when I walked in. Sharon was very friendly and full of life. I will be back when I am ready to storage my vehicle the summer.
