I’ve had a really great experience with Extra Space Storage in Columbus, Georgia. From the beginning, the customer service has been excellent. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been very nice, welcoming, and helpful. They make the entire process easy and are happy to answer questions without making you feel rushed. The pricing is also pretty affordable compared to some other storage options I looked into. Storage can get expensive quickly, so I really appreciate having a facility that feels secure, clean, and well maintained without being ridiculously overpriced. One of the things that stood out to me the most is how clean the entire facility is. The hallways and storage areas are kept in great condition, and everything feels well taken care of. It is also very well lit, which makes a huge difference when you’re moving things in or out, especially later in the day. I feel comfortable being at the facility and accessing my unit. Another big plus is that they provide multiple moving carts for customers to use. This makes moving larger or heavier items so much easier and saves a ton of trips back and forth to the vehicle. Overall, I’ve been very happy with Extra Space Storage in Columbus. The combination of friendly customer service, affordable pricing, cleanliness, good lighting, and convenient moving carts makes the whole experience much easier. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the Columbus area looking for a clean, convenient, and reasonably priced storage facility.
