Great business! Thanks to a lady name Miya who always such a great help. Her customer service is great. I normally go check on my unit once a week. But me & my wife always feel 100% comfortable when she’s in office. Well maintained, nice environment, very sweet lady/employees. 12/10 I highly recommend!

I have been renting from Extra Space for almost 2 decades, they are consistent in the mission of quality units, quality Staff and reasonable prices. There was a mid-communication with Customer Service yesterday but Sharon and the onsite Staff were quick to resolve my issue and remained pleasant and professional until I was happy with my unit and my experience.
