Staff was super nice and helpful over the phone. Super quick process and got everything purchased and loaded into my unit with a few hours. I will say it's a pain having to pull a heavy loaded hand truck over the step to get into the climate control building, so a ramp would be very nice there, as I'm sure I'm not the first person to cuss at that step.

I always appreciate the cleanliness of businesses and their grounds, apart from that though, Melissa was great! She was able to answer all of my questions and made the entire experience a great one. Most times with storage units, potential occupants leave feeling anxious and uneasy about storing their property because the interaction with the consultant may not be as informative or pleasant, this was the opposite with Melissa. Exceptional service.

Staff at this location are always friendly and very helpful. Although the price increases over my 2 years was a little more than expected, the safety and convenience of this location made it well worth it. This was, until 2 months ago, a Life Storage property and has since changed to Extra Space Storage. Unsure how this could change the experience in the coming years. But my experience was excellent and would highly recommend.
