The rental process was so complicated at this location for absolutely no reason, I made the reservation online and called to confirm that I could come the day of and they said yes. I let them know I didn't need a lock in advance (because I've already rented with them and have another unit so I have the cylinder). The person at the counter was trying to get me to get the unit for another price other than the reservation and even though I told him several times I don't need the lock he insisted on charging me for it. He stated that I would need to bring the lock that's in the unit back to him. I love using the company but this location makes it so difficult to the bare minimum.

The site manager was awesome! She was very detailed in explaining the process. Very helpful with explaining the process and procedures. Very attentive to one customer at a time. She is a GREAT asset to this company.
