Desiree is the new facility manager and is spot on with her knowledge on all the ins and outs of the storage unit business in general. At 63 and in retail all of My working years it is so refreshing to talk to a young professional that loves her job and is brutally honest with answers to your questions. The kicker for me is THAT SHE ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING, and does it so well that her confidence comes naturally and does NOT give lip service to pacify anyone . Customer service is FREE. for me customer service is everything no matter the dollar amount spent. This young lady will be going places and needs to be cherished within the company. We are a dying breed.
