I rented a unit here a year ago and will be canceling my unit this month because my rate has jumped, originally $64 to $191. I’m sorry, but that is just outrageous for over the course of a year, and the notices were always delivered before I had a chance to move units before price hike. For what I was getting it was not worth $191. You can call and try to speak to a manager and you’ll likely be speaking to a manager for a different location as well, which I find annoying when you’re trying to handle your property. I would recommend using a less corporate storage environment in the area, even U-Haul because they at least lock prices in for a year. I wish I had known that before leasing here. (Also, their bathrooms seem to stay out of service, it hasn’t been open any time I’ve gone.) PS: if you have to leave anything in your unit, it goes straight to collections instead of them billing you directly. Customer service couldn’t give me a reason why they operated like that but that they just do. It would really make more sense if they actually had a dumpster on the property, but they do not.

The ONLY reason I’m not wishing I could gatekeep this place is because there’s enough storage for everybody. We needed a storage unit pretty last minute because of some renovations we were doing, and the entire process was seamless. I was even able to get everything set up and move in after hours. It is a little more to have 24/7 access, but it is absolutely worth it. When I was getting ready to move out, I spoke with Mya, and she was so sweet and just overall super helpful. She explained the whole process, told me exactly what to expect, and even let me know that if I ended up needing more time, I could just call back or go on the app and they could cancel the move-out or extend the date. Then, of course, after I finally completed the move-out in the app, my overthinking mind told me I needed to call and confirm that I had actually done everything right. I ended up speaking with Desiree, and she explained what happens after you complete the move-out in the app and what the next steps are on their end. Again, just genuinely helpful, patient, and nice. I used to be quick to write a review when things go bad, but since that seems to be the normal now, whenever I get a really good experience, I am now quick to jump on Google to tell everybody else. I will have a need for storage again due to upcoming projects, so I will be back. Thank you for excellent service.
