Extra space storage , is a great place to storage your belongings. When I first arrived I was greeted very politely, and offered the best rate , for the storage unit I’m currently renting . Their customer service was extremely helpful, and very kind .I’m so thankful I came in and spoke to a customer representative , who provided me with the help I needed . I recommend this place 100% .

Jacara Franks was great. She informed me of all the details in reference to the storage unit. Provided all information regarding fees, insurance, and move out details. Went over the contract with me. My experienced was great. She was able to accommodate me to a unit of my asking. Thank you.

I don't like the prices going up on my storage bins.. since I am on a fixed income it's hard ro keep paying it. It's done gone up 3 timed in least then a year. But the staff at the one on hwy 36 are very nice especially Ms Megan!

Haven't had the chance to meet any of the staff as of yet but the facility and the unit itself was nice and clean it serves the purpose for what i need right now. Thank you. After a year and a half I got a chance to meet staff they all are polite and helpful. I only have a problem with the rising of the price which has nothing to do with the location and staff. Thank you for everything.
