every time I have to swing by, Megan ALWAYS is there with a smile on her face & is eager to help. in this day and age, it can be hard to find people who have pleasant attitudes at work. Megan literally has the absolute best customer service. today, one of my boxes fell forward and I couldn’t pull my unit door up. she came & got down, literally lying on the ground, to help me get it open. this woman is a saint and deserves a raise!

Moving and transitioning to a new city can be overwhelming and stressful. Megan and Falon truly excel in customer service. They are courteous, friendly, and always willing to assist their customers. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Property is always kept clean. They have exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this location.
