I like the facility but I didn’t like the staff not returning my lock fee like the contract stated. I absolutely hate the process hike that goes on here I had 4 units all different sizes and it happened every time during different seasons so it has nothing to do with market and more to do with pockets. Nonetheless I left an empty clean unit, even moved out early lock unopened, yet no refund. Thats 2 times now I’ve been charged but you can see the lock wasn’t opened or used, I even sent a email saying it. All I got was a bunch of phone calls- I’m moving- I don’t have time to chit chat, refund me my money or don’t. But for anyone who’s been swindled by these people uhaul has really nice storage facilities and if you rent a uhaul you get the first month free. Look for it in the top of your screen after you schedule your date for pickup.

The woman who helped me, I believe it was the manager, was so nice and had me fixed up with what I needed in 10 minutes! Moving is already stressful, this was the easiest part so far and im very grateful for that!

I just had one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a long time Ms. Benita Riggins was extremely helpful in getting me set up and made my entire move-in process completely hassle-free this is truly one of the best-kept storage facilities Ive ever been to no exaggeration
