Firstly, when I entered the office I got the warmest welcome from KC and Ayante’. They instantly made me feel safe and secure, even before explaining what all Extra Space Storage had to offer. Secondly, KC was extremely helpful when it came to giving information about the property and explaining all the details of each unit. Although I was only there to get information, after receiving such great and kind-hearted service I had no choice but to sign! I’m sure my belongings will be as safe in my unit as I felt within the office. Thank you guys so much!
