Ken was extremely kind, patient, and professional. He answered ALL of my questions patiently and waited for me to go thru the contract. He never rushed me and he explained everything in detail. I am very pleased with my first experience in using a storage facility.

I had an excellent experience here! The rep on site was varian and he made me feel so comfortable (i was scared they had rats and they would ruin my furniture lol). He graciously helped with the process and showed me the unit. The facility was clean and secure. Thanks for the hand sanitizer and pleasant experience.

The place is a 10/10. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The building is really spacious and clean. Renting online was super easy and fast. All I had to do after paying was show up and store my things.
