I have rented multiple storage units for a number of years but this facility is by far the nicest. Very clean and well maintained. Just rented my second unit from them. The site manager Tramel is great. He makes the whole process very easy and surprisingly fun. Always an excellent experience from start to finish. I will stick with this location anytime I need storage.

Tremel is customer service at its finest. Me and my wife were looking for a storage facility to store our home for a few months while we stage it. We came at the worst time because he had 3 other customers in the office and was still able to help every single one of us out with a smile on his face. Just an awesome dude. This is a very clean, safe, and lit facility. Recommend using this facility over other units close by. Tramel is very professional and helped me out a lot from picking the right sized unit through the move in process. As I was waiting for my new place to ok my move in date, I wanted to weigh my options in case I had to put my belongings in storage. Upon arriving at this location, I was greeted with a friendly smile. Ms. Shequita answered all my questions. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn’t sure which size unit I would need so she showed me a couple different sizes. I definitely appreciated that because I’d never used a storage before. The premises were clean and the walkways were spotless. Fortunately, within minutes of leaving, I was told I could move in as soon as possible. I did not have to use Extra Space Storage however, I will if I need too in the future. And I would recommend it to anyone that ask. That’s how pleasant my experience was.
