I’ve been in my 10x15 unit since early 2022 and I love it here! I’ve NEVER had ANY issues! The app makes it very easy to pay the rent and if I forget my passcode to get in. I also love that it is right around the corner from my house. Neekela, the Assistant Manager, is such a wonderful soul and VERY helpful! Thank you for having such wonderful staff and providing a business that’s just impeccable.

From the phone call to the assistance at the storage unit by Ed Heintz!! Imma one woman band here and he went above and beyond to help me with my mattress. I was worried I would have to get it out of my car on my own which probably would have been impossible. Thankfully God provided assistance through Ed!!! Thank you Ed, you really don’t know how much it meant to me for you to help. And the lady on the phone, I cannot recall her name, her patience and understanding helped me calm down and get things done. You guys have a wonderful team, thank you!!

This storage facility is relatively new and impeccably clean. Always easy to find a cart and get help. Also incredibly safe. One of store managers, Ed, was extremely helpful to us when we needed to get rid of a large item in our storage unit and even gave us some really strong recommendations about how to deal with some of our unwanted items in our unit, including going the extra mile and telling us about the process of downsizing our unit if needed. All in all, we have only positive things to say about this location. Highly recommend!
