I stopped in last week to see the unit sizes that would possibly be a good fit and met with Ms. Shay. She was AbSOULutely phenomenal. There was a technical issue that didn’t allow me to rent the unit in that day. She notified me that was only covering at this particular location and she's typically at a different location. I was disappointed but she told me that she'd pass my info on to Ms. Rayda and that she'd take just as good care and I'd do really well with her. Well, I stopped in today (5/13) to meet with Ms. Rayda and, it must be something in the water they're drinking because Ms. Rayda was Just as incredible as Shay and had all of my information ready for me including the actual storage unit that I'd initially requested although it didn't show as available online. These women were truly remarkable to me during both visits to the facility. The facility is clean, the personalities of the Representatives that work there are awesome and they're a huge asset to the company! I'm big on customer service and these women should teach courses. Thank you Shay and Rayda for your assistance!

So I came in today to rent a space this morning and there I was greeted by ms. Rayda Guzman. She was extremely polite and professional. I had an amazing experience working with Ms. Rayda today. She was Very knowledgeable, friendly and even gave me a few pointers on my transition. I would most certainly rent from this location again . Customer service was top tier . Thank you ms. Rayda .

Highly recommend. As a auction buyer, this facility has abseemless process for picking up units. They answer the phones, there's always someone onsite, and the units are accessable making it easy to pick up and load. The representative of the site was also professional and makes you feel like you've done a great thing!
