Chimere was super sweet and welcomed us when we arrived at the storage facility. She outlined everything for us and helped us when we were lost trying to get to our storage unit. We needed tape and scissors and she was kind enough to sell us a roll and lended us her scissors since there weren't any available for sale. We'll definitely be using Extra Space Storage again in the very near future.
