I rented a unit for just a few months but the quality of the customer service i received was impeccable. From the time i started my account until i closed it was an experience to remember. Troy the manager was friendly knowledgeable and very informative. He’s got a sincere infectious smile that just makes you comfortable. You know you/your belongings are in good care. He left not a piece of information out. I would definitely be a returning customer if storage is needed again.

All staff are customer service focused. I didn't realize the promotional rate ends after 4 months. I decided to move out and transfer into a smaller unit. The staff, reserved the unit and informed me of the next step. The manager, Troy, took things from there. I appreciated his follow-up, friendly professionalism and flexibility. The process seamless.
