Anthony and Devaughn have made a very stressful situation much more manageable. After being involved in an accident and having to move unexpectedly, I was overwhelmed, but they were incredibly helpful throughout the process. I’ve been at this storage space for about a year and a half now. They’ve always been kind and communicative. I did have a problem with rat poop indicating a rodent and they immediately put traps down to address the matter. They’ve also been quite helpful with trying to lower my monthly payments with the regular rent increases which I read was industry standard for storage spaces. They’ve been very accommodating and have great customer service. The manager and assistant manager are great! I am quite happy with this location and would use them again!
