Let me just state how amazing DeVaughn and Anthony were!!! Not only was the unit I selected online was too small, which DeVaughn allowed me to view and went over all I was moving in and made us make the final decision that a bigger unit was the best choice. Both Anthony and DeVaughn assisted in transferring over amount paid to online to unit and went over payment break down. I asked a million and one question and they were calm on this hot day and assisted thoroughly, professionally and writhing a great timely manner. When visit this location please ask for these two!

Once again, extraspace storage shined when it came to customer service. I had issues with late payment and rates. Anthony, young and very professional manager, took care of my needs. I will continue doing business with them as long as I need storage space. Once again, Thank you Anthony.

I’ve been at this storage space for about a year and a half now. They’ve always been kind and communicative. I did have a problem with rat poop indicating a rodent and they immediately put traps down to address the matter. They’ve also been quite helpful with trying to lower my monthly payments with the regular rent increases which I read was industry standard for storage spaces. They’ve been very accommodating and have great customer service. The manager and assistant manager are great! I am quite happy with this location and would use them again!
