Kudos to manager Josh Williams and his team! We’ve rented 2 or 3 storage spaces from this specific location over the past 3 years. Josh has always provided us superb customer service—from explaining pricing policies to giving helpful advice. When we were on the property, Josh stopped by to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Even though there are storage facilities closer to our home, we keep coming back to this one. I hope this company values, recognizes and rewards its employees who provide excellent customer service—they can make the difference between choosing Extra Storage versus going to its many competitors. Editing my original review to add: The high rating of this location (4.9 stars!) is largely due to Josh’s attentiveness. He cares about great customer services and in turn has built a loyal following. I appreciate how he enforces (politely but firmly) Extra Space rules and protocols at this location—his military background matters. As a US military veteran, he has no problem of having all abide by rules. Kudos to that!
