The manager of the Extra Space Storage here in Woodstock GA, Scott Grier, was extraordinary in helping me find and rent a space for the local American Legion Post 316. I can't imagine any other storage building being superior.

As a first time storage unit renter that has a lot of questions, Scott and Amanda did a great job explaining the entire process. They were patient, making sure I understood all the parts and pieces, and assured me that my belongings would be safe and secure! I would recommend Extra Space, specifically this location, to my friends/family.

I just rented a storage unit at Extra Space in Townelake. I chose to do it in person, rather than online. Scott, the site manager was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions, gave me a tour of the layout and was quite helpful. The facility is well lit and clean, with multiple security cameras. I am sure that it will be a good experience storing our items here.
