I just rented a storage unit at Extra Space in Townelake. I chose to do it in person, rather than online. Scott, the site manager was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions, gave me a tour of the layout and was quite helpful. The facility is well lit and clean, with multiple security cameras. I am sure that it will be a good experience storing our items here.

My first experience with easy storage was flawless! This Woodstock location is a very convenient location that many people may not know is there. I was extremely impressed with the professional, kind & courteous staff who are always attentive and helpful. The location is very clean! Love the music playing while I’m in the building and I really appreciate the lock system of the units & security of the building.We are currently moving our belongings from a competitor location down the road because of our experience with easy storage! I will be referring friends & colleagues.
