I’ve never left a Google review before! Leo and Josh at Extra Space Storage on Ahua street gave me some of the most wonderful customer service I’ve ever received. They are great at what they do, and are authentically kind guys; They went above and beyond to help me and were very nice to talk with. They seriously deserve a raise! The woman I spoke with on the phone from their national office was also very friendly and helpful. The unit is perfectly clean and the premises feel safe and secure. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! People often find themselves needing storage units during turbulent life circumstances, and everyone at Extra Space Storage really moves with awareness and care for that. Mahalo nui loa.

Really great experience walking in. Anna was awesome, very customer oriented, and friendly. The facilities looked well kept. Check out process was smooth and easy. All my stoked items were in the same condition upon retrival. Very satisfied with booking a unit here
