So thankful to Seth and Nicole for helping me with my amazing storage unit today. Seth went above and beyond to get the unit I wanted. He called the old customer to ask if we could cut off the lock for him since they had moved out of it so I could put everything into the unit from the back of my truck right after the agreement was signed. Thank you thank you Seth and Nicole u guys are so great!! Best customer service ever??????

The Agents were very kind and helpful throughout my 19 years with Minipac and now ExtraSpace, especially Nicole who was always so helpful in always helping me do my payments over the phone, since I live on the Island of Molokai! I need to mention that Seth was also kind and helpful, especially when I came there in person to make the final decision on closing my two Storage Units, he held my hand and helped me down the flights of stairs because my knees were killing me! Stored my bulk items with them prior to deployment. While on deployment there was an issue with my card information. The customer service and care I received from them was amazing. They emailed me and left voicemails to inform me of the card issue, I returned the call upon next port call and even though I was all most 2 months late returning the call, they were very supportive and I wasn’t charged excess fees because of things beyond my control. Great customer service and always friendly when they see you in the building. Highly recommend extraspace storage.
