The manager that was on staff this afternoon (430pm 02-13-23, Lawehana office Honolulu, Hi) was truly a blessing. She answered all of my questions and help me move forward on deciding to get another unit to satisfy and meet my storage needs for my current circumstance. We need more people like her who truly understand the meaning of “customer service”.

The representatives that work here are very nice. They listen to your concerns and are available when they say they are. The only issue I had was the size that I chose wasn’t exactly what was given to me. So I wish that was clearer when initially booking online. Either way lovely people.
