STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It used to be good when you had access to your belongings at any time, now you have to wait until 9:30 am to be able to access your unit. this has been going for 3+ months now. This is unacceptable at all levels. SHAME ON THIS PLACE! Time to look for a new location.

I reserved my space via website then received a call a few moments later from Leo and he got me all setup/familiar with since it was my first time. The other staff member (I apologize I don’t remember his name) but he called made sure I taken care of. The road is a little rough around the area so drive carefully, especially during the rain.
